Fried Goat Cheese
4 oz log of Goat Cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Olive Oil
Directions:
Mix the goat cheese, seasoning, salt & pepper together. Form goat cheese into balls. Dip cheese balls in egg and then cover in bread crumbs. Fry in a shallow pan of olive oil until golden brown. Serve warm over the salad of your choice.

This looks great, Jamie! I LOVE fried, warm goat cheese.... I work with Chavrie and this is a great way to serve goat cheese that never gets old around here. Thanks for a great post!
